How Fast Can You Think?
Materials:
- Word cards
- Double sided tape
- Stopwatch
- Flip chart
Word Cards Preparation:
- Prepare word cards of ten negative sentences.
- Attach double sided tape at the back of each word card.
- Insert the word cards of each sentence in different envelops.
Rules:
- Time will be taken to determine the fastest group upon completion.
- Each correct sentence made will be awarded 2 marks.
Procedures:
- Pupils are divided into groups.
- Envelopes will be given to each group.
- Pupils are asked to arrange the word cards in the correct order.
- Pupils then mount the word cards on the flip chart.
- The group which completes the task correctly in the shortest time will be the winner.

Game 2
Guess what is in the Magic Bag?
Materials:
A small bag
Any object of preference (soft toy, handkerchief, puppet, bottle, etc).
Rule:
The volunteer pupil is not allowed to tell the object in the small bag.
Procedures:
1. Teacher puts an object in a small bag without students' knowledge.
2. Teacher asks a volunteer to come to the front of the class.
3. The volunteer put his/her hand into the small bag to feel the object.
4. The other pupils ask questions to guess the object in the small bag.
Eg: Is it hard? Is it furry? Is it round?
The volunteered pupil has to answer, "It is not hard" or "It is isn't hard"
if the object does not have the feature.
5. Pupils continue asking until they guess the object correctly.
6. The same procedures continue for the other objects.
